How we built it

Here's how we approached it. This was work on an existing, established theme, so the priority was code that dropped in cleanly without destabilising what was already live. We built each new section as reusable Liquid with its own schema settings, so the retailer's team can reorder, restyle and reuse them from the theme editor without touching code.

In practice that meant a dynamic announcement bar the client controls themselves, a lookbook section to merchandise outfits the way a fashion brand actually shops them, and a size-guide modal to cut the sizing questions that drive returns. Alongside the new sections we tracked down and fixed the existing theme bugs, so the store came out cleaner than it went in.
