Data Deletion Instructions – Miracle Websoft Social Auto Post

At Miracle Websoft, user privacy is our top priority. Our Social Auto Post application connects with various third-party platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and WordPress) to help you manage and publish content.

If you no longer wish to use our services and want to remove the connection or delete your data, please follow the platform-specific instructions below.

1. Facebook & Instagram

To remove our app’s access to your Facebook or Instagram account:

  1. Log in to your Facebook account.

  2. Go to Settings & Privacy > Settings.

  3. Scroll down to the Permissions section and click on Apps and Websites.

  4. Find “Miracle Websoft Auto Post” in the list of active apps.

  5. Click the Remove button.

  6. (Optional) Check the box to delete posts, photos, and videos published by the app, then click Remove again to confirm.

2. YouTube (Google Account)

To revoke access to your YouTube channel:

  1. Go to your Google Account Permissions Page.

  2. Scroll through the list of third-party apps with account access.

  3. Click on “Miracle Websoft Auto Post”.

  4. Click the Remove Access button.

  5. Click OK to confirm.

3. LinkedIn

To disconnect our app from your LinkedIn profile or page:

  1. Log in to LinkedIn.

  2. Click on your profile picture (Me icon) and select Settings & Privacy.

  3. Click on Data privacy in the left menu.

  4. Under “Other applications,” click on Permitted services.

  5. Find “Miracle Websoft Auto Post” and click Remove.

4. WordPress

Since our app connects to your WordPress site via Application Passwords or OAuth:

  1. Log in to your WordPress Admin Dashboard (/wp-admin).

  2. Go to Users > Profile.

  3. Scroll down to the Application Passwords section.

  4. Find the password named “Miracle Websoft Auto Post” (or similar).

  5. Click the Revoke button next to it.

5. Request Full Account & Data Deletion

If you wish to permanently delete your Miracle Websoft Auto Post user account and all associated data stored on our servers:

Please send an email to our support team with the following details:

  • Email To: reach.miraclewebsoft@gmail.com

  • Subject: Account Deletion Request

  • Body:

    “Please verify my identity and permanently delete my account and all associated data from the Miracle Websoft Auto Post system. My registered email address is [Your Email].”

We will process your request and permanently wipe your data within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
